Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC engineering and a proven track record of success in sales/presales roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving and enhancing the results of the System Air-Condition department, developing new business ideas and models, and collaborating closely with the local Sales team.

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve project pipeline and success ratio.
  • Analyse market situation and develop strategies to address specific needs.
  • Assist in sales training to improve the sales team's understanding of product features and benefits.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales/presales role within a technical/mechanical building engineering environment, preferably with HVAC knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; degree in air conditioning or refrigeration preferred.
  • Strong understanding of air conditioning systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
