About the Role

We are looking for a talented Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at PeopleSearch. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales growth initiatives in Asia, driving channel expansion, and strengthening our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead our sales growth strategy in Asia, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to expand revenue streams and maximize market potential.
  3. Collaborate with principal and local teams to craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio.
  4. Define and communicate a clear growth vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  5. Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product launches and market penetration.

Requirements:
  • Over 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Proven Sales and Business Development experience in Asia.
