Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Excellence Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable stay.

Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help create an unforgettable experience for our guests. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience the highest level of comfort and luxury.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure all standards are met before marking them as ready for guests.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly for resolution.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality while performing room duties.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas when required.
  • Support other housekeeping tasks during high-occupancy periods or special events.
