Job Description:

Spearhead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring seamless alignment with global objectives. As a senior regional marketing manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to drive regional performance.

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans tailored to the APAC region's unique needs, fostering local teams' contribution to global marketing goals.

Define regional objectives and budgets for APAC markets, establishing clear KPIs to track and improve performance. Regularly report progress to relevant stakeholders.

Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and tools, particularly in lead generation and AI-powered marketing strategies. Apply knowledge to enhance campaign performance and contribute meaningfully to global marketing discussions.

Collaborate closely with the APAC Sales Leadership Team to reflect regional market dynamics, cultural specifics, and business priorities. Work in close partnership with regional sales leaders to understand commercial goals and identify how marketing activation strategies can best support them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior-level role.

Proven success in digital marketing, including campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and regional platforms such as Naver Ads and WeChat.

Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing and a commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience working in a global matrix organization.

Familiarity with CRM like Salesforce and Marketing automation tools like Hubspot plus Tools like Canva, Miro and PimCore are a plus.

Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.

Knowledge and experience in Additive manufacturing are a key differentiator for the successful candidate.
