Job Title: Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to take on a challenging role in asset management and reliability services. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities by providing expert advice and support in parts audits, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough parts audits of Synchronous Condenser and Transmission lines to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize spare parts stock levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Perform field visits to gather information from in-service equipment as needed and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyze data and perform life cycle and economic analysis to inform project justifications and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Technology diploma or equivalent experience in industrial equipment maintenance and asset management/reliability engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results and improving processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
