We are seeking a skilled Casino Dealer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and acknowledge casino guests, providing friendly, excellent service in accordance with our service standards.
  • Converse professionally with customers in English, dealing assigned games and assisting the supervisor in tracking play and game observation.
  • Deal games according to established rules and procedures, remaining up-to-date with changes as they occur.
  • Check and shuffle playing cards, protecting the integrity of games through observation and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Read, verify, and sign documents when necessary, demonstrating good chip work, float management, card handling, accurate payouts, and other relevant dealing skills.
  • Comply with regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, maintaining impeccable ethical standards and reporting breaches.
  • Implement Responsible Gaming processes proactively, declaring conflicts of interest and adhering to policies and processes related to such.
  • Contribute to a safe workplace by following Work Safety and Health procedures, actively reporting hazards, and assisting supervisors as required.
What You Will Contribute:
  • Assist Card Room Supervisors in checking and destroying used cards, delivering shuffled cards to pits, and meeting attendance and punctuality guidelines.
  • Keep player identities and gaming action confidential, performing entry checks at Patron Verification Systems (PVS) and premium status verification checks.
