Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate data processing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure efficient operations.
- Work closely with production teams to align data processing with overall project requirements.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing workflows.
Additional responsibilities include acting as a liaison between different departments, communicating project updates and issues, providing support and training to team members, ensuring accuracy and integrity of processed data, implementing quality control measures, preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining detailed records of processed data, documenting standard operating procedures, working with IT teams to resolve technical issues, testing and implementing new data processing tools, ensuring systems are updated and functioning correctly, analyzing existing data processing methods and suggesting improvements, researching and recommending automation tools, staying updated on best practices in data processing and production coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as information technology, data science, business administration, computer science, or related disciplines. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data processing, production coordination, or a related role is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in data processing tools, experience with advanced software applications, understanding of data security and compliance standards, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, comfort working with large datasets and complex workflows, and willingness to learn and adapt to new data processing technologies and industry trends.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data processing tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or other database management systems).
- Experience with Advanced Jira, Confluence, Figma, , Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X. Basic Microsoft Project, Tableau, Power BI, KNIME
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory standards .
