Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Department Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize trade operations, manage trade relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Import and Export Business Process Management: Oversee the import and export business process, including managing contracts, letters of credit, and shipping documents.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage bulk commodity trading contracts, as well as deal with relevant business matters.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Collect and analyze important industrial data, explore domestic and foreign markets actively and effectively.
  • Business Development and Negotiation: Participate in business development and negotiations, including daily communication with important clients.
  • Human Resources Management: Manage internal documentation, assessment, training, rewards, and remedy of personnel within the department.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in the field of international trade, international finance, or other related disciplines.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience executing management of import and export business, preferably experience in foreign companies of related fields.
  • Skills: Familiarity with international settlement, business process, laws, and regulations of import and export, professional knowledge of trade management, and related skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent team leadership and coordination skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, initiative, professional appearance, occupation ethics, moral, strong marketing capability, and ability to work well independently and adapt to the environment.
