Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our watch division in the South Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our watch collections through event support, boutique engagement, and comprehensive training.

This role requires a strong understanding of the watch market, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to train and motivate retail teams.

You will work closely with our global watch team, regional sales teams, and other departments to achieve sales targets and brand objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Event Support (High Jewelry Events)
  2. Provide pre-event coaching and training to retail teams on watch collections, sales techniques, and client engagement.
  3. Serve as a key point of contact and product expert during High Jewelry events, supporting the sales team and engaging with clients.
  4. Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless integration of watch displays and messaging.
  5. Analyse the key success factors and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  6. Follow-up on deliveries and sales post-event
  7. Regional point of contact for retail teams on the high end watches demands and sales
  8. Liaise with global watch team and regional merchandising teams
  9. Ensure optimal boutique inventory coverage, and product placement and display
  10. Training & Development
  11. Develop and implement a locally adapted learning strategy and tools, aligned with product launches, retail team knowledge levels, and collections performance.
  12. Create and deliver engaging training programs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling, including on-boarding of new joiners and store briefings
  13. Utilize various training methods, including in-person or virtual workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
  14. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content and delivery as needed.
  15. Collaborate with global training teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  16. Drive Watch Ambassador program – create engagement and elevate skillset, monitor KPIs
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Retail and sales support within the luxury watch or jewelry industry
  2. Passion for horology and a strong understanding of the watch market
  3. Proven ability to train and coach retail teams effectively
  4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire retail teams and clients
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills
  6. Ability to travel within the region as needed
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  8. Passionate about luxury watches and the Tiffany & Co. brand
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
