Job Description

The role of a Facilities Maintenance Manager involves ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment through regular maintenance and inspections. This includes coordinating with contractors on site, managing annual shutdowns, and reviewing and updating maintenance plans for facilities and utility equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing routine maintenance schedules
  • Executing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on rotating and static equipment
  • Managing annual shutdowns and liaising with contractors and production groups

Required Skills and Qualifications
