About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on medical devices, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair medical devices to ensure they function correctly and safely
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including scheduling and coordinating with customers
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to address service issues and resolve technical problems
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals to customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / BioMedical Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
