Senior Cloud Gaming Architect

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Gaming Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable gaming environments that meet the needs of our users.

Job Description

The Senior Cloud Gaming Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing game server architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. This role involves developing RESTful APIs for in-game functionalities to enhance user experience, implementing real-time multiplayer game logic, matchmaking, and player interactions to create an immersive gaming environment, managing and optimizing databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for high efficiency and scalability, and collaborating with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to deploy scalable gaming environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture is essential for this role.
  • Experience with database optimization and caching techniques (Redis, Memcached) is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time communication technologies is necessary for success in this position.
  • Understanding of game networking, multiplayer logic, and load balancing is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage.
