Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless networks. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our network operations, as well as providing timely and efficient support to our users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and supporting network infrastructure across multiple platforms;
- Ensuring successful implementation and troubleshooting of network protocols;
- Handling secure authentication processes, including RADIUS/TACACS and certificate-based authentication;
- Participating in change management and network capacity planning activities;
- Providing timely and efficient network operations support, including standby and on-site requirements;
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders;
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or related discipline;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in networking, preferably in a senior or lead role;
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies;
- Strong understanding of network infrastructures, including routers, switches, load balancers, bandwidth management systems, DNS, NMS, NIPS, NGFWs, and integrated IPS;
- Good understanding of IT security principles and practices;
- CCNA or other relevant certifications are an advantage;
