Listed Derivatives Operations Analyst: A Key Role in Our Organization

This position plays a pivotal role in managing clients' post-trade execution needs, encompassing complex transaction requests and queries as well as the settlement of client transactions to a high-quality standard.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that clients' needs are met while maintaining internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.
    This involves ensuring seamless communication and cooperation with various stakeholders to guarantee efficient transaction processing.
  • Providing operational risk management and oversight for the Futures sales and trading businesses.
    As part of this responsibility, one must be vigilant in identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the firm's books and records through the development of workflows, systems, and controls.
    This requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to established procedures.
  • Driving discussions surrounding change management processes with technology teams and other operational or securities division teams.
    Effective collaboration and clear communication are crucial in ensuring successful implementation of changes.
  • Identifying, documenting, and implementing procedural changes within the department to improve processes and control infrastructure around firm reference data.
    One must stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Enhancing the operations client experience in a risk and control-oriented environment.
