Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transportation Project Coordinator to lead project planning and execution activities for rail mobility projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee various facets of rail mobility projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and budgets are adhered to with precision. This includes leading project planning and execution activities, conducting comprehensive engineering and system analyses, preparing project documentation such as specifications, reports, and technical presentations, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project outcomes that align with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project integrity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, installation, T&C and RMA personnel, to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or challenges in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, alongside relevant experience in project management within the rail or transportation sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices, particularly with respect to rail mobility systems.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for project analysis, modelling, and simulation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, employing a meticulous and analytical approach to overcoming engineering challenges.
