About The Role

This position is for a Senior Project Engineer, an established professional in New Equipment Modernization. Responsibilities include project schedule updates, report documentation, and acting as the primary contact with customers. You will resolve customer issues and escalate more complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase orders and subcontract terms, and ensure they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner.
  • Update project schedules and prepare project management correspondence and documents on all aspects of the implementation, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals, and RFIs.
  • Act as the primary contact with customers, develop a professional relationship, and understand customer needs to meet them within the contracted scope.
  • Understand and communicate the job schedule to all project team members to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Adjust orders for changes to the scope for moderate projects.
  • Assist managers in managing the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan and progress to ensure materials delivered can be billed timely.
  • Organize all on-site construction activities for complex projects.
Requirements

We are looking for people who have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in project management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
  • HVAC background
  • Certification such as Project Management certifications and Work at Height certifications is preferred
  • Office skills (Excel) is desirable
