As a dedicated and proactive Chief Executive Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance to the CEO on a daily basis. This role requires you to manage expense reports, handle calendar management, and ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle calendar management to ensure the CEO's schedule is well-coordinated.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office by handling day-to-day tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Executive administrative assistance skills, experience in managing expense reports and calendar, strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in the technology or consulting industry would be advantageous.
