Compliance Professional with Risk Management Expertise

Job Summary

You will develop and implement compliance testing and monitoring plans for various markets in APAC. Work closely with teams to develop testing and monitoring plans, providing proactive communication of gaps and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage processes and controls testing, collaborating with teams to resolve findings.
  • Propose solutions to strengthen processes and controls, and validate regulatory controls effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance or internal/external audit role, preferably in payments, e-money, or investments.
  • Candidates must have a clear understanding of compliance risks and controls, as well as the ability to formulate risk-based compliance monitoring and testing programs.
  • Project management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to write and communicate clearly about products, processes, and controls.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about compliance operational efficiency, have a data-driven approach to compliance monitoring, and be able to work independently to contribute to team objectives.
  • A curiosity about Asia/Pacific products, processes, and customer interests is required.
