Job Title: Governance, Risk and Compliance Expert

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in governance, risk, and compliance? Do you have a passion for ensuring that organizations operate with the highest level of integrity?

As a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) expert, you will play a critical role in helping our organization navigate complex business environments and ensure that we meet all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor our speak-up hotline and internal investigation case management system.
  • Improve governance of ethics and compliance policies and systems.
  • Align standards across China and Rest-of-World investigation teams.
  • Coordinate and prepare leadership reports.
  • Perform data analyses and prepare reports to support operational needs.
  • Collaborate with audit and risk teams to conduct risk assessments and resolve issues.
  • Review and update global ethics and compliance policies and SOPs.
  • Monitor the investigation case management system and ensure prompt management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on remediation actions discovered during investigations.
  • Manage employee data in our Ethics Office system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills.
