The role of Senior Finance Analyst is to provide strategic finance and business partnering with the Asia Pacific Strategy Organization (APSO) and Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) for Immunology Therapeutic Area (TA).

This involves leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) from finance for Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific, providing finance leadership in financial performance, forecasting, investment decision-making, and profitability management of the TA.

Additionally, you will closely partner with Immunology TA/brand leads to drive insightful business decisions by performing analysis leveraging internal and external data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Drives/leads Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and Business Plan process for Immunology TA and prepares presentations for the business reviews.">
  • Identifies risks/opportunities for the target achievement and shares with stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.">
  • Collaborate with cross-function stakeholders to facilitate monthly review of brand competitiveness.">
  • Offer ad hoc financial support for various business cases including access strategy of New Product Launches (NPL).">
  • Leads IBP process together with Supply Chain team.">
  • Closely work with BI&A and relevant teams to drive process improvement and adoption of digital platforms.">
  • Collaborate with the regional FP&A team to enhance simplification and standardization.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and preferably hold a CPA/CMA certification. You must also have more than 7 years of accumulated experience working in finance or accounting roles.

">

Strong analytic capabilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and business partnering experience are essential. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

">

Strategic thinking and innovative thinking are key skills required for this position. Strong English skill in both writing and speaking is also necessary.
