We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Leasing and Retail Expert.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the development of fair tenancy practices in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Fair Tenancy Industry Committee Secretariat (FTIC) in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing secretariat support.

The role involves conducting surveys and analyzing trends to ensure that the Code of Conduct (CoC) is updated with the latest market practices. You will also research the latest developments in retail leasing practices and share your findings with FTIC members.

You will be expected to keep abreast of the latest industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to rental tenancy, and provide recommendations for improving our services and offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and analyze trends to update the CoC
  • Research and share findings on retail leasing practices
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior working experience in leasing, retail, and property rental is a plus
  • Sound understanding of the key concerns of the Singapore business community
  • Strong analytical, consultation, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to driving innovative solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with various stakeholders
