Leadership Opportunity in Speech and Language Pathology

A highly skilled professional is sought to lead our department, driving excellence in clinical innovation, evidence-based practice, and patient care.

The successful candidate will manage the department's operations, set key performance indicators, and lead a team of speech therapists to enhance clinical services. This individual will focus on managerial work, performing some clinical, educational, and research tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing departmental resources and risks
  • Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Leading change management at an organizational and sector level
  • Sufficient manpower for clinical services
  • Department budgets
  • Starting new departmental services

This leader should possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, effective communication, and be meticulous, strategic, fair, decisive, and insightful.

  • Effective management of public feedback and crisis communications

This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology/Therapy recognized under Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore. The ideal candidate must have obtained full registration under AHPC and at least 10 years of experience in a leadership position with general management experience.
