Senior Manager Speech and Language Pathology

The Head of Speech and Language Pathology plays a pivotal role in overseeing the department's operations, setting key performance indicators, and driving patient care and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage departmental resources and risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead change management initiatives at an organizational and sector level by implementing new or revised policies.
- Ensure sufficient manpower for clinical services and manage department budgets effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical innovation, evidence-based practice, and drive patient care and service excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology/Therapy recognized under Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
- Full registration under AHPC is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership position with general management experience.
- Experience in a Social Service Agency (SSA) is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous, strategic, fair, decisive, and insightful individual with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent people and leadership skills.
- Dynamic and highly driven individual with strong analytical skills.
