As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager at United Overseas Bank, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of software development projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Document design decisions and components

  • Manage UAT user queries and coordinate UAT activities
  • Ensure expected application performance levels are achieved
  • Perform unit and system testing of application code
  • Record and track defects uncovered during testing
  • Review code developed by vendors and enhance system performance

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint that supports our regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide.

Requirements

  • Expert-level programming skills in Java
  • Strong understanding of Microservices architectures
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and CDI
  • Experience with JMS, IBM MQ, and event-based distributed systems
  • Strong familiarity with web servers and load balancing technologies
  • Experience with source code management systems and build tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
