About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our dynamic Strategy and Communications team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Horizon scanning and advisory: Stay up-to-date on regional geopolitical and business trends, providing valuable insights and advisory to clients.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Track geopolitical issues, media, and news cycles, social media, client communications activities, and campaigns, providing input for advisory notes and research reports.
  • Supporting communications planning and implementation: Research, ideate, create social and digital content, and provide input into reputational risk assessments and advisory work.
  • Supporting account management: Effectively manage client accounts, maintain relationships with decision-makers, and mentor team members.
  • Supporting client management: Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and manage content development and thought leadership.
  • Financial Communications: Work with senior management on advising clients in special situations and M&A transactions.
  • Supporting new business development: Build relationships, support senior team members, and conduct research to develop insights for proposal building.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate communications, financial communications, or media.
  • Strong working media knowledge and experience across international, regional, and Singapore media.
  • Excellent content writing and creation skills with high standards and attention to detail.
  • Domain expertise in financial services and technical industries, including private equity, investment management, and allocation.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining good relationships.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential; additional language competencies at business communication level are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Economics, Finance, or Politics is an advantage.
  • Personable, diligent, and organized approach to work and client management.
  • Well-informed about global news and macroeconomic/finance events.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Must display a strong work ethic, high standards, and commitment to the role.
