Senior Heterogeneous Integration Engineer

Drive innovation in 3D heterogeneous integration by leading process development efforts and collaborating with vendors to create next-generation multi-layer stacking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced packaging processes leveraging available characterization resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities, prototype products, and qualify them across multiple programs.
- Facilitate interactions between GF Product Line/Fab teams and customers on advanced packaging initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field from an accredited program.
- At least 12 years of prior work experience in related fields.
- Proven good academic standing and language fluency in English (written & verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD education level with at least 10 years of prior related work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and project management skills.
- Process development and integration
- Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Advanced packaging interactions
