Job Title:
Academic Professional in Aerospace Engineering

Role Overview:
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced academic professional to join our faculty as a lecturer. As an aerospace engineering lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the development of our programs.

Responsibilities:
* Teach and mentor students in aerospace engineering courses, including lectures, tutorials, and laboratories* Conduct research in aerospace engineering, including the development of new curricula and programs* Contribute to the development of our programs, including curriculum design and implementation* Supervise student projects and internships* Develop and conduct continuing education and training (CET) lessons* Participate in academic and administrative committees* Undertake other administrative work related to the program and student development activities

Requirements:
* Qualification in aerospace, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering or related discipline* At least 5 years of work experience in the aerospace industry, with the following criteria:
  • hold, or have held an aircraft maintenance license (B1 and/or B2 category)
  • 5 years' experience as an aircraft maintenance technician in the B1 and/or B2 Category and has passed relevant examinations
  • qualification in aerospace, aeronautical, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering, and has passed relevant examinations
* Genuine passion to share knowledge and interact with youths, with strong communication and interpersonal skills* Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently* Excellent team player in collaborative settings* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Strong industry linkages in the related fields
