Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering lessons, primarily in the areas of Singapore Airworthiness Requirement Part 66 (SAR-66) M1 to M10 modules, as well as other Engineering disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline, with at least 5 years of work experience in the aerospace MRO. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with youths and work independently.

As a lecturer, you will be responsible for supervising students' final year projects and internships, reaching out to various stakeholders such as industry partners and universities, and conducting Continuing Education and Training (CET) lessons. You will also be expected to take part in academic research projects, R&D/Implementation projects or consultancy to the industry, and mentor and motivate students in their learning journey.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong industry linkages in the related fields, and will have the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
