Logistics Operations Specialist

The primary goal of the Logistics Operations Specialist is to oversee and manage various administrative duties within warehouse operations. This includes receiving, storing, and retrieving products utilizing MS Office and SAP System while ensuring accurate records and effective communication with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HACCP related records
  • Process daily 3PL warehouse stocks withdrawal
  • Print pickling lists, enter data, and post updates
  • Coordinate logistics and stock inventory matters with internal departments
  • Convert and print invoices, file documents properly
  • Receive goods from local purchases and external warehouse transfers
  • Manage stationery requirements for the logistics department
  • Perform warehouse administrative tasks and follow operational directives
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Scan and manage repository information

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (advantageous)
  • At least one year of administration work in warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution industry
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
