Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the field of data strategy and transformation. The successful candidate will have a passion for designing large, multi-year data transformations with people at the heart of change.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the creation of client proposals and business development initiatives. They will also work closely with diverse and inclusive teams of talented professionals to solve complex problems using data and technology.

  • Design the execution of clients' transformation programs to support their transition towards a data-driven organization.
  • Bring to life a seamless data and analytics strategy that solves clients' most complex business challenges.
  • Design and implement data and technology operating models that encompass people, process, technology, and data.
  • Lead and support the creation of client proposals and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design and implementation of data strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Develops and implements data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.
  • Provides thought leadership on data strategy and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Services (either industry or consulting and appropriate to your level).
  • Experience in data and analytics approaches such as data mesh.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
