Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Support
• Provide high-quality customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively - Jewellery Merchandising
• Develop and maintain effective merchandising displays to showcase products and enhance customer shopping experience
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movement to prevent overstocking and understocking
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies - Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
• Share knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance
