Job Title: Transportation Planner

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Transportation Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of logistical operations for various types of Familiarization (Fam) trips, including Media Fams, Leisure Trade Fams, Filming Fams, and MICE Fams.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and coordinate logistics for Fam trips, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation.
  2. Manage and maintain databases and reports related to Fam processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations to enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • Minimally 'O' Level Qualifications or equivalent.
  • Meet requirements commensurate with SO-level positions in the government service.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in admin and logistics arrangements.
  • Fluency in at least one language (English if monolingual).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and communication skills, and perform in stressful environments.
  • Display integrity, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
