Key Responsibilities- Analyze product requirements and study industry standards to define competitive architecture solutions for server CPUs.
- Develop high-level architecture and hardware specifications for CPU subsystems, interconnects, memory systems, and accelerators.
- Provide technical leadership across the development cycle, working with design, verification, and system validation teams.
- Evaluate existing hardware modules and drive architectural enhancements.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, and system engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware features into the overall server platform.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of industry experience in CPU or SoC architecture design.
- Proven track record in driving system architecture decisions across software and hardware teams.
- Familiarity with interface peripherals such as Ethernet, PCIe, I2S, SPI, I2C.
- In-depth knowledge of CPU microarchitecture, cache hierarchy, coherency protocols, and interconnect fabrics.
- Hands-on experience in system-level performance modeling, workload characterization, and architectural trade-off analysis.
- Knowledge of embedded processors and firmware operation.
