Job Title: Senior CPU Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CPU Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture group, you will be responsible for designing advanced testing methodologies on latest ARM based CPU smartphone products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing advanced testing methodologies for CPU smartphone products.
  • Applying the latest testing (DFT) techniques to optimize test coverage on CPU.
  • Performing post-silicon binning technique to achieve best possible CPU performance, power, and yield.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Good knowledge of CPU architecture and design.
  • Interest in gaining exposure to real-world IC testing flows on most advanced semiconductor technology nodes (4nm and below).
  • Passionate about optimizing silicon yield and boost CPU performance, power through post-silicon proprietary technology.
