Global Trade Specialist Role Overview

The Global Trade Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end logistics and documentation processes related to international marine trade.

  • Ensuring timely and cost-efficient clearance, shipment, and delivery of goods to ports and warehouses, adhering to local and international regulations.
  • Managing customs brokerage and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Logistics Management: Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth cargo movements.
  2. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  3. Cargo Clearance: Facilitate customs clearance and obtain necessary permits for import and export operations.
