Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Maintenance Specialist. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our production equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing any issues that may arise.

Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and analyzing production equipment performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Responding to unscheduled equipment downtime with prompt and effective troubleshooting and repair.
  • Conducting routine preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with schedules.
  • Executing product conversions, equipment setup, and upgrades.
  • Refurbishing preventive maintenance components and spare parts offline.
  • Performing root cause analysis for yield or quality issues and implementing corrective actions.


Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A self-motivated attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts.


Location: Woodlands, Singapore. No travel required. This is a full-time position in the Engineering and IT industry at one of Singapore's largest electronics manufacturing sites.
