Our team is seeking an accomplished leader to drive business growth and profitability in the vehicle leasing division. This dynamic role requires a high-potential individual with strong leadership capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional business acumen.

You will play a crucial part in shaping the future direction of our business and taking ownership of key operational decisions. Your expertise will be essential in driving revenue and market share growth through innovative strategies and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance team focused on results, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze industry trends and insights to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO EXPAND OUR LEASING NETWORK.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery for customers.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor top-tier talent to build and retain a skilled and motivated sales team.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success of our vehicle leasing offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within the vehicle leasing or automotive finance industry (10+ years).
  • Strong track record of success in driving sales growth, market penetration, and profitability in the leasing sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
  • Excellent business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Client-focused approach.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt quickly in a fast-changing industry.
