The Media Services Project Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
  • Managing the Broadcast Operating System (BOS) to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Coordinating with national and collaborative partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring the effective administration of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and schedule changes.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and issuing requested reports from BOS.
  • Collaborating with production partners to confirm airing details and process billing approvals.
  • Updating contracts and schedules as needed, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
