Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our logistics operations.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods, maintain smooth warehouse functions, and handle order fulfillment tasks.
  • You will receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and documentation accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international dispatch efficiently.
  • Update inventory and shipment records using warehouse management systems effectively.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation promptly.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies and handling returns professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory and order management systems is essential.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 kg is required.
