Transformative Advisory Role
Pollination is seeking a seasoned professional to join our growing team in Singapore. As an Associate Director, Advisory, you will play a key role in designing and delivering decarbonisation and sustainable finance strategies for corporates, investors, and governments.

Job Description

You will advise on climate strategy, sustainable finance, and the transition to a net zero economy. With a focus on Southeast Asia and beyond, you will work on high-impact projects alongside a diverse and experienced global team.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategy, finance, investment, or consulting to drive meaningful outcomes in the climate and sustainability space.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead workstreams to design and deliver decarbonisation and sustainable finance strategies for corporates, investors, and governments.
  2. Advise on market, policy, and investment structures, including carbon markets, blended finance, and adaptation and resilience.
  3. Produce high-quality analysis and deliverables tailored to client and stakeholder objectives.
  4. Mentor junior colleagues and foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in strategy, finance, investment, consulting, or a closely related field.
  • Emerging expertise in at least one of Pollination's thematic areas: carbon markets & nature-based solutions; energy & industrial decarbonisation; sustainable & blended finance.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead strategic and commercial analysis (financial models, market reviews, investment/policy analysis).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver structured solutions in a commercial context.
