Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a content migration specialist. The successful candidate will have experience with content management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and clean up outdated or redundant content with stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper version control of documents with stakeholders.
  • Migrate documents, files, and content from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online (SPO).
  • Maintain proper folder structures and document hierarchies during migration.
  • Verify file integrity and accessibility post-migration.
  • Conduct thorough testing of migrated content.
  • Verify all links, permissions, and workflows are functioning correctly.
  • Maintain detailed logs of migration activities.
  • Record any issues or challenges encountered.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems such as SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint functionality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills.

Working Hours and Duration:

  • 42 hours per week.
  • 6 months contract.
