**Job Title:** Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives. As an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will design, implement, and manage complex IT/OT infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven leadership experience in IT infrastructure projects is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage IT/OT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking.
  • Define project deliverables, assign roles, and manage project schedules, risks, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and performance optimization.
  • Conduct technical evaluation of infrastructure solutions, including cost/benefit analysis and vendor selection.
  • Ensure system availability, resilience, security, and compliance in all IT/OT solutions.
  • Manage and mentor technical engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver projects effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, experience in IT infrastructure and project management.
  • Hands-on expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, VPN, load balancers, routers, switches).
  • Familiar with monitoring tools (SolarWinds), data protection (Veritas), IAM (CyberArk), and vulnerability assessment (Nessus).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Dell EMC) are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
