Job Title: Strategic Manufacturing Leadership

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a seasoned professional to lead the manufacturing team and drive strategic growth.

Job Description:
  • Take full responsibility for managing the business, including planning internal processing development strategies.
  • Manage the machining technology team by planning the overall technology development roadmap, building and improving the technical team, enhancing internal technical capabilities, and meeting higher customer requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between internal and external customers, aligning resources according to customer needs, and ensuring delivery of high-quality processed products.
  • Continuously improve precision manufacturing capabilities, elevate precision machining management standards, and enhance skills of machining personnel.
  • Coordinate internal project management based on both internal and external project schedules, ensure timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in the high-precision manufacturing industry.
  • Experienced in team management and proficient in precision engineering technology.
  • At least 5 extensive experience in customer communication and familiarity with various processing equipment and products.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with Chinese counterparts.
