Delivering exceptional service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers is a key responsibility of this role. By providing clear and professional automotive advice, you will ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver WOW Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
  • Metric Mindedness & Process Orientation: Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
  • Delivery Operations: Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
  • Returns & Pickups: Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
  • Basic Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
  • Lifting & Load Handling: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
