About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably in a top-tier or leading international law firm. You will have exceptional technical, drafting, and commercial skills, as well as strong client service orientation and business development aptitude.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on general finance, structured finance, loans, and derivatives matters;
- Work closely with the Finance and Projects partners and team to deliver high-quality results to clients;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Contribute to the development of the Banking and Finance team's business strategy and growth initiatives;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in banking and finance.
- Minimum 3 years of banking and finance experience in a similar top-tier or leading international law firm;
- Exceptional technical, drafting, and commercial skills;
- Strong client service orientation and business development aptitude;
- Relevant legal qualifications;
- Strong academic background;
- Keen and analytical mind, good at legal analysis and with a knack for problem-solving;
- Commitment to high work standards;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
