Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced claims professional to join our team. As a Claims Officer or Senior Officer, you will be responsible for handling claims in accordance with policy contracts and guidelines, ensuring compliance and minimal errors.
Responsibilities
- Check data entry processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assess claims and verify information to ensure it aligns with policy contracts and guidelines.
- Manage emails and telephone call enquiries in a timely manner.
- Conclude claim settlement within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Follow up with policyholders, medical institutions, and financial advisers on all issues relating to a claim.
- Analyze workflow processes and streamline when necessary for efficiency.
- Participate in IT discussions and UAT testing to enhance existing systems.
- Train junior staff and assist with other projects as required.

- Degree holders (preferably with minimum 3 years of related work experience in the insurance industry). Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Prefers candidate who can start work immediately.
