We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely claims information to customers, intermediaries, business partners and internal stakeholders. This includes responding to correspondences, providing effective and efficient phone services, and working closely with support staff on reserve provision and registration requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review claim files including setting of reserves and monitoring of recoveries
- Administered Motor claims
- Pro-actively provide claims feedback to internal stakeholders
- Perform user testing on systems on any new products and enhancements
- Pro-active participation in Claims efficiencies projects, if any
- Strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Experience in claims or insurance admin
