As a skilled professional in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service support to customers.

  • You will install, commission, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair scientific and analytical analyzer systems at customer sites.
  • Your key responsibility will also include providing technical training to end-users and distributors for effective equipment usage and maintenance.
  • In addition, you will address and resolve service-related concerns by liaising directly with customers on issues involving instruments.
  • Collaborating with internal sales and regional technical teams will also be a significant part of your role to support customer needs and coordinate service delivery.
  • You will prepare quotations for service jobs and spare parts based on customer inquiries.
  • Apart from that, you will identify potential leads for preventive maintenance contracts during service visits.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • To be eligible for this position, you must have a diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Additionally, 1-2 years of hands-on experience in servicing scientific or analytical instrumentation is required.
