Data Manager for Survey Operations

This dynamic position plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of data management and efficient survey operations to support strategic decision-making for the social service sector.
We are seeking a skilled individual with excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with an external survey vendor, troubleshoot queries from social service agencies, and track project timelines.
Essential Responsibilities- Collecting and processing manpower data with our external survey vendor
- Troubleshooting and resolving queries from social service agencies
- Tracking project timelines and ensuring materials and deliverables are well-organized and on schedule
- Liaising with multiple Social Service Agencies to deliver project reports and coordinate post-survey briefing sessions
- Assisting in communication efforts with SSAs
- Conducting landscape scans on SSAs, as well as sector and manpower trends
- Performing simple analysis on manpower data in the social service sector
- Degree holder with experience of at least 3 months and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-look Up, Pivot Table); knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Good communication skills and able to engage with external stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines
- Motivated to learn, responsible, and has a positive working attitude
