Job Description
We are seeking an Early Professional Programme candidate who can deliver exceptional customer support to our clients by providing fast and accurate solutions to their queries. The role involves working with our Analytics team to provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users all over the world and across multiple industries. You will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department and work closely with Sales to deliver strategic initiatives.

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training on our products and services.

You will also have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including product specialists, sales teams, and internal departments, to ensure seamless service delivery.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, up to 4 years of work experience, and demonstrated interest or experience in the financial markets. In addition, you should have ambition for a client-facing career, with a focus on relationship management and sales. Prior experience in client relationship management and beginner to intermediate experience with Excel and/or VBA are also desirable. Furthermore, flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public/federal holiday (weekday off in lieu) is required. Business proficiency and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) to manage respective clients are must-haves.
